Eligibility

1. The competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with other participating parties. 

2. Entrants must have a valid Instagram account.

Competition Period

1. The competition will run from Friday 5 December, 2025 to Thursday 18 March, 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Prize

1. The competition prize package includes:

2. The total value of the prize pack is $932.

Winner Selection and Notification

1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received throughout the competition period.

2. The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner, and select a replacement winner at random.

3. The winner must provide their contact details for prize delivery. 

Prize Conditions

1. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are transferable. 

2. The prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with another of equivalent value, without giving notice. 

3. The winner is responsible for any expenses incurred and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including any necessary travel documents. 

Data Protection and Publicity

1. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to the Promoter sharing their personal data with the competition’s related third parties, including Stillwater, Dr Daniel Tan & Associates, Boomer Creek Vineyard, East Coast Wine Trail, The Agrarian Kitchen, Hamlet, Pitzi, Lily & Dot, and Naturopathic Alchemy. 

2. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to any unrelated third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

Limitation of Liability

1. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its employees. 

General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, and these terms and conditions, without notice. 

2. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

3. This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
